This is a insert that replaces the cubby between the two 12 volt adaptors on my 2008 chevy silverado 2500hd. I used three QC3.0 2.0 USB Fast Quick Charge boards from ebay. https://tinyurl.com/qkuhshk I just wired these into the 12 volt adaptor wiring. Be careful to wire correctly. I was able to slide the boards in from the back side and hot glue from the bottom the fit was snug on the charger boards.
