This is a custom insert that replaces the cubby between two 12-volt adapters on my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I used three QC3.0 2.0 USB Fast Quick Charge boards purchased from eBay. I simply wired these into the 12-volt adapter wiring, being careful to connect them correctly. From the back side, I was able to slide the boards in place and secure them with hot glue applied from below, which provided a snug fit for the charger boards.
