This custom USB-powered fume extractor is designed specifically for use with Cooler Master's MACH turbine fan and a high-quality carbon filter. To power the 12V fan, I employed a 5V to 12V DC-to-DC converter. The two halves of this fume extractor are securely held together by strong 5mm neodymium magnets. Before installation, the turbine fan requires modification - simply remove the mounting brackets.
