I'm replacing 3 or 4 of my 5 power sockets on my desk that are hogged by 5V USB adapters with a single USB power distributor. This part is specifically designed to accommodate five devices like this: https://www.tme.eu/gb/details/mx-48408-0003/usb-ieee1394-connectors/molex/48408-0003/, leaving some extra room for adjustments. The design was created in FreeCad (0.17), and the source file is available for anyone who wants to take a closer look. The rim on this part has been carefully designed to allow it to be placed securely at the top of any surface, either using adhesive tape or something similar, as long as you can carve out a bottom pocket or cutout for it anywhere.
