The power cord on one of our laptops was loose and kept falling out. Since we don't use the USB ports very much and there are two next to the power outlet, I modified the @flintols USB plug to include a clip that helps keep the power cable securely in place. For this modification to be useful for others, you would need a USB port located close to the power outlet.
