Looking for a convenient multi-device charging station? This versatile USB Charging Station has been expertly designed in TinkerCad to accept popular USB chargers, like the RAVPower 40W 4-Port USB Desktop Wall Charger Charging Station, easily available from Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OT6YUIY. It also provides three comfortable resting platforms for your devices and a sturdy hook for securing a Bluetooth headset. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Silver Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: The USB Charging Station was built using blue painters tape with an extrusion head temperature of 210C, a heated bed temperature at 70C, travel speed set to 45, and the fan turned on after the first two layers. Ambient room temperature was moderate to cool around mid to low 60F. USB Charging Station Pictures: The featured USB Charging Station has been beautifully printed with Proto-Pasta Coffee PLA. This amazing material delivers silky smooth extrusion in a rich brown color, and an added bonus is that it emits a lovely coffee aroma during printing. Designing this Charging Station was a seamless process. The station consists of three distinct printed components. First, there's the base component "USB Charging Station A.stl," which boasts a convenient breakout piece for USB connections, a spacious platform for rubber feet, and a hole for the charging cable to pass through seamlessly. Next up is the top component "USB Charging Station B.stl." It's designed to securely connect with the base using super glue and clamps. However, be cautious of warping due to its large flat surface, and consider letting it cool completely before removing it from the build platform for best results. The third optional component is a nifty Bluetooth headset hanger, attached via double-sided tape and can be positioned anywhere along the back. For this particular setup, I opted for center placement. If you have any questions or enjoy building projects like this one, feel free to share your experiences or ask for clarification!
