USB Load Tester Constant Current Snap-Fit Case (15 Watt)

<p>This is a snap-fit case for the relatively cheap 15 Watt USB load tester that is available from many sources online. &nbsp;I was using it with my CT-3 USB test meter and got tired of touching the bare electronic board while using it so I took the time to design this case for it.<br><br>The case is a snap-fit case and covers up all the electronic parts. &nbsp;I designed it so that the main parts are away from the heatsink so that we can use PLA for it. &nbsp;So far PLA seems to be holding up as the fan kicks on to cool the heatsink down but I only do load tests with 1 amp load and not the max 3 amp load. &nbsp;For my 1 amp tests though, It seems to be doing fine with regular PLA. &nbsp;It is designed with angles at 45 degrees so that no support is needed.<br><br>Your printer likely needs to be well calibrated for the tolerances of the print. &nbsp;If your printer prints the bottom part too small or too big, you can use Cura's Horizontal Expansion feature to make up for very slight over-extrusion on the outside walls where the plastic doesn't have anything to push up against (unlike when it pushes against inside walls). &nbsp;More negative number brings the walls in toward the inside wall and a more positive number moves the outside walls outward. &nbsp;I usually use -0.08 mm for Horizontal Expansion and -0.13 for Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion.<br><br>The load tester I bought on Amazon was the ‘DZS Elec Mini USB 0.15A-3A Electronic Load Tester Module Adjustable Constant Current’ but there are many of these that look exactly the same on ebay, aliexpress, etc. &nbsp;They all appear to look the same dimensions but I of course have do not know for sure.</p><p>Settings:</p><ul><li>Supports: None</li><li>Layer Height: 0.2 mm</li></ul>
