Update 1/14/18: I uploaded a revised version of my insert that boasts no bottom, ensuring it prints rapidly and pairs nicely with this mount. For now, I haven't tested it so it may undergo modifications once I have the time to print it. 3D printed mount for the USB-GD Rom. This design allows you to install a USB-GD Rom without disassembling your disk drive, leaving it intact for future use if desired. You will also need four M3x5mm screws to attach your USB-GD Rom to the mount. The holes are sized to let you simply thread the screw into the plastic. This design is compatible with my insert and the one created by Twistedsymphony. Print with the top surface facing your bed and use supports for the mounting locations. I printed mine in ABS at .2mm layers and 20% infill.
