USB Flight Control Flash Platform
thingiverse
The "USB Flight Control Flash Platform" is a simple tool designed to securely hold your Flight Control board while allowing you to easily flash firmware using the on/off switch, eliminating the need to plug in your USB cable while shorting out boot pads - a process often required for some cases. I chose the Naze board (36x36mm) as my standard model size reference for regular-sized FC's, such as the HMB 235 quad, and the EMAX F3 FEMTO board (20x20mm) for micro-sized boards used in models like the FT Gremlin, hoping to cover most boards available in these two sizes. Multiple options are provided for you to choose from, ranging from printing only the switch for the USB cable to printing out everything listed. CA glue is used to secure all pieces together. I've included build photos in hopes that they will make it easy for anyone interested in building this platform to do so. I welcome any feedback and questions you may have.
