One day my SanDisk USB flash drive plastic case become broken. It was impossible to use it anymore because it doesn't sit in a USB receptacle well. But the USB chip was working well... So I designed probably not the most beautiful, but precise, strong and functional USB flash drive enclosure which you can print on a 3d printer and stitch with a paper clip. It was printed with PLA plastic on a Flashforge Finder FDM 3d printer. The flash chip dimensions for your reference: 16 x 11.1 x 1.1 mm Feel free to edit FreeCAD source file and customize for your needs. Enjoy! Kind regards.
