This is a USB female panel mount that lets you securely attach it to a panel surface, which must be pre-drilled to match the connector's dimensions. It was installed in the car glovebox. All you need to do is print it out flat on a table, as shown in the first two pictures - not like the 3D view. You'll require two plastic screws (2mm) for assembly. No glue is needed for the USB connector because it's very secure and easy to insert. The USB connector measures 17.5 x 9.8 mm.
