Joining Paul Murrin's intricate star pieces without adhesive was essential. I swiftly created a mash-up using OpenSCAD to allow seamless assembly and facilitate easy LED insertion at each pointed end. The printed results showcased remarkable clarity with %0 fill, boasting 3 well-defined shells that emerged at an impressively fine 0.2mm layer height. The print job unfolded on my Replicator2, leveraging its maximum velocity of 120mm/s as it expertly wove together thread after thread of natural PLA filament. Each carefully crafted point demanded around an hour of concentrated effort to ensure precision and quality.
