This USB charger holder is specifically designed for Yamaha XT660X/R riders who want to charge their USB devices while storing them in the under-seat storage compartment. It's engineered to work seamlessly with a Pro-Car USB charger, although it likely fits most others as well. Feel free to share your prints! Print Settings Printer: Geeetech G2s Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Notes: Place the print horizontally on the bed and use support material for overhanging areas. PLA plastic works great, which is what I used. Post-Printing Assembly and Connection: This mount is designed to be secured with the original screw that holds the inner liner of the rear wheelhouse in place. The ground cable can be directly connected to the negative terminal of the battery, while the positive cable should be connected after the ignition fuse due to the charger's continuous drain of approximately 5mA. How I Designed This Design Aspects: This mount is my original creation. Its design prioritizes strength and printer-friendliness, but it does require the use of support material. Custom Section CAD Files: I've also shared the Rhino .3dm file, which allows you to modify this mount for other applications as needed.
