USB Cap Integral
thingiverse
I quickly crafted a cap for my trusty Integral USB drive after it snapped into two pieces. To fit snugly around the distinctive curve of the USB stick, I cleverly cut out half of a circle from the top. Since some users might be using a unique version of their USB, with ridges on both sides, I also designed Version 2 - which features a curved design at both the top and bottom. To print this cap seamlessly, use these recommended settings: Standard Profile Do not add a raft Be sure to adjust your Z Offset accordingly. When printing on my trusty Makerbot Z18, that meant a -0.4mm adjustment.
