USB cap for a mini SanDisk drive
thingiverse
This is a simple cover designed to replace the missing cap of my small SanDisk USB drive. It features an inner wall that fits inside the device and holds it securely in place with two spherical tabs that lock onto corresponding holes on the drive. For added personality, I also etched my initials on the side (you can easily customize these in the open-source code). To assemble this cover, simply print it out using a Printrbot at 0.1 mm layer thickness and 100% infill. The internal tabs may not come out perfectly but the cover attaches very well to the USB stick, possibly even better than the original cap did.
