I got inspired by a video from KipKay that showcased this clever idea and I wanted to take it up a notch. My design aims to resemble a broken USB cable, but with the twist that it's actually a portable storage device. To give my project an extra layer of realism, I've incorporated some thoughtful details into the design. I added a textured ridge around one edge and also included the iconic USB logo, but perhaps the size is slightly off - maybe I'll play around with that aspect. I was so excited about this update that I made it even better by eliminating the need for adhesives. The clever part is that all you have to do is simply fray the ends of the hidden cable inside the plastic casing and your flash drive will fit perfectly without any additional attachment required. This innovative design is tailored specifically for a particular USB flash drive model - check out the Kingston DataTraveler 101 G2 for a compatible match.
