This is a versatile Smartphone Dock designed for compatibility with multiple Smartphones featuring USB-C or equivalent cable connectivity. The dock secures your Smartphone at a user-friendly angle, enabling effortless docking and undocking experiences. It accommodates various Smartphones that are no thicker than 12mm and no longer than 160mm in length. To install the Cable, you'll need two screws with diameters of 2-3mm and lengths of 8-11mm, specifically suited for plastic materials. The Cable I utilized is the Roline 11.02.9011; however, other Cables may also be compatible. The Smartphone used in the photos is a Huawei Mate 9. This print was produced using the new Leapfrog Bolt 3D Printer with Black PLA filament at a rough layer height of 0.20mm. Despite its coarse resolution, the finished product exhibits satisfactory appearance and tactile quality. Feel free to modify this model by utilizing the attached source file in 123D Design. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask. Post-Printing Procedure: 1. Carefully detach both components from the print bed. 2. Position the Cable within the stand's groove, ensuring optimal mating height for your Smartphone. 3. Insert elastic material or foam into the backplate (smaller part). 4. Secure the backplate with two plastic screws into the main component while maintaining sufficient cable height to facilitate proper phone connector mating. 5. Feed the Cable through the outlet hole on the stand's backside. 6. Establish a connection to any available USB port on your PC or charger.
