This is an enclosure for the ZY12PDN / ZYPDE USB-C Power Delivery trigger board, designed to accommodate a 2.1mm or 2.5mm barrel jack cable. This is a work in progress, and I have provided the OpenSCAD scripts for the case, to allow you to adjust the design for different cable diameters. There are two variants: one with the top cover held by friction, that I recommend you use, and one with a snapping mechanism that isn't reliable at the moment and needs to be redesigned to function properly. You can use the integrated blade button to cycle the voltage output between 5v/9v/12v/15v/20v without opening the adapter. I recommend using a white or colorless filament to allow you to see the status LED through the case (see pictures).
With this file you will be able to print USB-C Power Delivery to DC Barrel plug adapter with voltage switch button (for ZY12PDN board) with your 3D printer.
