USB-C PD Buddy Sink case
thingiverse
This is a case for the PD Buddy Sink sold by Clayton G. Hobbs on Thingiverse: https://www.tindie.com/products/clayghobbs/pd-buddy-sink/. I don't manufacture the power board, but the link is included as a reference to the product this case was designed for. I've created cases that allow wires to stick out the back and one that fits Anderson PowerPole adapters. The SketchUp CAD files are included so you can customize them to design other types of cases for different purposes or attach them to other projects. For the PowerPole case, I've provided two versions: one with thinner walls and one with thicker walls, depending on your printer and material. I prefer the feel of the thicker case when using ABS plastic. To hold the halves together, you can 3D print the "pins" and file them to fit or drill out the holes with a 1/8" drill and countersink so you can use #6 x 3/8" screws. All versions include a small pin-hole that fits a small paper-clip sized object so you can press the config/programming button while it's in the case. You can also put a piece of shrink tubing over the indicator LED and into the depression in the plastic to show only a circle of light instead of illuminating the whole enclosure. If you're using opaque plastic, such as black, you may want to drill out the depression over the LED and fill it with clear epoxy or similar glue so that the light can be seen.
