USB-C charger replacement housing

USB-C charger replacement housing

prusaprinters

Recently the usb-c housing on my phone charger (charger for Samsung Galaxy s10, but probably fits many others) broke and one part got lost so I couldn’t glue it back together. The connector itself was fine so I decided to print a new housing for it.

The two parts should have a pretty snug fit with the connector (you might have to help it with pliers to get it in fully), use a little bit of glue to hold secure them together (I just used superglue) and carefully clamp them together to let the glue dry.

I also added a version without the little dividers inside if they get in the way for you.

(This one was printed with Fillamentum traffic black filament)
