This is a voltage monitor and dual USB socket holder designed specifically for mounting on the ignition key of motorcycles. It was created as an affordable solution for eBay motorcycle accessories, including USB sockets, 12V sockets, and battery monitors that require a mounting hole with a diameter of less than 30mm. The product was printed using PETG at a temperature of 245 degrees Celsius and then spray painted black for a sleek finish. Before sharing the design, I put it to the test by riding several kilometers and am pleased to report that it performed flawlessly. If you decide to assemble this holder, you will need a M6x20 bolt with a hex cylindrical head, or an M6x25 bolt if you're using a nylon insert nut. The bolt should be made of steel according to DIN 912 standards, while the nut should meet DIN 985 specifications. Update: After 4000 kilometers of use, I'm happy to report that there have been no issues with the voltage monitor and dual USB socket holder.
