USB and Audio Panel Cover
thingiverse
I received a used ATX PC case that was missing its stock USB and audio ports. The aftermarket boards available on eBay are plentiful, but the one I purchased didn't match the standard spacing found in two other cases, so I created a simple cover to bridge the gap. The outer holes were designed for screws to secure the cover to the case. However, I discovered that the USB ports have sufficient tolerance to make fitting this cover a bit tricky, so I opted for more clearance instead. To ensure it stays in place, I recommend applying a few dabs of hot glue to the back of the cover. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer Model: TAZ 6 Rafts: Not Required Resolution: High Detail Notes: I used the default nGen profile on 'High Detail' (which is approximately .18mm layer height) with the following settings: Cura (Lulzbot edition) Taz 6 Default brim setting Post-Printing: Perform a slight cleanup around the USB ports if you're using brims.
