I wanted to have a way to extend my USB and a 3.5mm Jack from my old Mac Mini to the front of desk. I've found this two extensions on my "cables drawer" so then it was just the case of designing a box for it on Fusion 360. Although this was made to fit my plugs, I'm still sharing in case someone has similar of if smaller you can always use a bit of hot glue and glue the parts.
