The coaster will be printed separately from the flag and then attached to it in place using glue, allowing for a 0.50 mm tolerance between the flag and recess. I have created separate STLs for each color of the flag to print directly from the bed. This design enables the blue bar with white stars to be printed separately from the red and white stripes. After printing them individually, there should be a slight 0.25 mm tolerance between the stars and the red / white strips to fit into the coaster and attach afterward. Note: You may need to use a nozzle smaller than 0.40 mm to print out the stars with sufficient detail. The overall dimensions of the coaster are 100 mm wide by 10 mm tall.
