US Motorcycle license plate to Euro Mount

I own a Kymco People scooter that uses a European license plate mount. The US-style plates won't fit directly because the euro holes are 120mm apart and the US holes are 146mm wide. To make it work, you'll need some M6 nuts and bolts made of stainless steel with Nylock nuts for extra security. I built the prototype using PLA but plan to manufacture the final product in Carbon Fiber Nylon or ASA, possibly even PETG.
