I don't understand the instructions. 1/1800th scale Juneau Class Cruiser model. Certain elements not to scale. The Juneau-class took major strides forward compared to its predecessor, the Atlanta-class, drawing inspiration from one of its own class ships that sank during the war. By lowering six twin dual-purpose gun mounts, designers were able to bring down their center of mass and boost overall stability. The revamped superstructure played a crucial role in this makeover.
