1/1800th scale Cleveland Class Cruiser model. Some elements not accurately represented to scale. Cleveland Class cruisers vastly outnumbered any other class, a total of 27 being built. One surviving ship was transformed into a Galveston-class guided missile cruiser, the USS Little Rock. The Cleveland design enhanced range, anti-air capabilities, and torpedo protection compared to its predecessors. Their six-inch guns could fire every six seconds, producing a devastating onslaught. This model is engineered at 1/1800th scale, with the potential for scaling up or down. However, enlarging the model can result in reduced detail due to its optimized design for 1/1800th scale. Gun barrels and mast dimensions have been adjusted accordingly. As part of my collection focusing on WWII warships, additional models are forthcoming. If a specific request is made, it will be incorporated into the production schedule upon message notification. 20 November: Masts thickness corrected; bow angles tweaked for enhanced precision. 20 August: Anchor chains were integrated to improve printability, along with adjustments. Model verification involved printing with PLA at a .08mm layer height using a .4mm nozzle.
