A 3D model of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, is available with a unique 3D effect. Each state's position is slightly randomized for an interesting look. You can adjust individual states or make it flat. The model includes each state's flag color dominance in the blend file. Some improvements were made to earlier versions, such as adding Connecticut and correcting New York's state shape. Performance has been enhanced with a lower polygon count. Borders on lakes may not be 100% accurate. This versatile model can be used for various purposes like weather forecasts, geography lessons, presentations, and house decoration. Individual states are separable. The model is 100% original, properly named, and available in multiple file formats (FBX, OBJ, DAE, X3D, and Blend). No textures or modifiers were used, and materials are included only in the blend file. Tested with Blender 2.79, 3ds Max 2013, MeshLab, and Cycles renderings. The blend file contains 26,796 vertices, 17,528 faces, and 17,528 triangles. Enjoy!
