US 2 stack
prusaprinters

I had trouble with other stacked files, so I added small discs between the top and bottom headband and placed the disks closer together. I am slicing at .28mm. When I sliced at .32mm, the disks didn't show up, that could probably be solved by changing the total part height.

Print instructions

Slice at .28mm, otherwise the disks between the headbands may not slice. You can play around with different layer heights, but check your sliced part and make sure the disks are present.

To separate, I use some flush cutters and cut right between the headbands. It acts as a wedge more than a cutter pushing the two apart.
