Constellation Ursa Major (Umi)\r\n\r\nThis constellation is part of a collection designed to teach astronomy to people with visual impairments. The raised stars indicate their relative brightness, and the connecting lines help guide the viewer's eye. It measures 100 mm in diameter, allowing for easy handling. To enhance visibility, model aircraft enamel can be used to paint the stars. For added flexibility, magnetic material can be applied to the back, making it simple to move around on a magnet board using a heating duct cover. Each constellation is numbered, not labeled directly, to make identification easier during classroom quizzes. A bead chain loop is located at the top of the disk for easy handling.
