The mass of the object is 49.7 kg. In Load Case 1, the maximum von Mises stress was 310 MPa and the maximum deformation reached 8.1 mm. For Load Case 2, the maximum von Mises stress was 308 MPa and the deformation was only 2.5 mm. In Load Case 3, the maximum von Mises stress increased slightly to 319 MPa while the deformation was at 3.4 mm. If I had an extra few days, I would attempt to reduce the weight below 46 kg.
