The bell sits proudly at the entrance to St. Joseph’s Chapel, nestled in Yim Tin Tsai, a quaint Hakka village within Hong Kong's borders. During mass, the bell plays an integral role. Visitors are strictly prohibited from touching it, with local villagers responsible for tolling its chimes. http://www.catholicheritage.org.hk/en/catholic_building/yim_tin_tsai/index.html We extend our gratitude to Scarlett Law for providing invaluable information and 30+ source photographs taken at the same eye level. This collaborative experiment aimed to test burst mode on her iPhone, with impressive results achieved through processing the burst images in Agisoft. High camera alignment, high dense cloud, and high mesh build with a 3k map were successfully attained. Even smaller details such as "Domus dei roma" and "2004" could be resolved in geometry within approximately 45 minutes on a standard laptop. This demonstration showcases the remarkable potential of smartphone scanning in urban environments!
