This intricately designed 10-area urban landscape model, crafted by an expert architect, measures up to the real world in size and detail; it was originally created using 3ds Max 2011's Level of Detail feature. The model is highly versatile, suitable for game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes. Its high-quality mesh features clean edge flow and has been meticulously checked for defects. Low-poly mesh allows for easy addition of details and editing of geometry, while instances make it simple to change or replace similar objects. A shell modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects, and scene objects are organized by layers. Instances contain identical elements like street components, while trees, bushes, and flowers have random rotations/scales. Preview images were rendered using V-Ray, with wire images done for geometry testing. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are included, along with textures in JPG/PNG formats and properly named materials. No third-party plug-ins are required; a VRayHDRI map and VRayCamera are also provided for immediate rendering.
