This is a large-scale model of an Urban Area with Park and Lake. Modeled at 1.5 kilometers by 1.5 kilometers in size. Created originally using 3ds Max 2011. USAGE: This model is suitable for exterior visualization, real-time, and game use. Also suitable for architecture, consulting, and educational purposes. Units used: Centimeters GEOMETRY: The mesh of the models is high-quality with a clean flow of edges. Two types of dummy trees are instanced, easy to replace with VRayProxy. Scene objects are organized into layers such as ENV_paving, ENV_lake, ENV_grass, ENV_street, ENV_curb, and ENV_trees. PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images are rendered with V-Ray 3.20 software. The product is ready for immediate rendering without the need to add any additional setup. MATERIALS: The model contains materials both in Standard and V-Ray formats. It also comes equipped with JPG and TIF textures. All objects within the scene are UV mapped and all materials have unique names assigned properly. Furthermore, all materials can be changed or replaced in just one click as they are connected to a single Multi/Sub-Object.
