Ural Motorcycle 10l jerry can cap
thingiverse
Ural motorcycles came with 10l aluminium gasoline jerry cans. The caps have a tendency to break apart, so I designed a printable cap that fits the can. PLA might be sturdy enough. ABS will likely not survive gasoline. Not sure about heat (sunlight). A seal might be added in the cap, I left 2mm space for that. Or not. If you ride a Russian bike, things in your brain adapt. It might or might not fit your canister - those Russian measurements have a tendency to be not overly accurate. My thread measured 48mm outside diameter, 4mm pitch, 30° angle. I have used OpenSCAD to render the cap, and I included the OpenSCAD file so one might be able to change those parameters. It depends on the threads library.
