Upwards facing Fan Cover: Ender 3 PSU

Remixed the Fan cover to move the warm up and away from the printer, instead of behind where it would recirculated in my printer area. Used Solidworks to approximate the Holes and general fan diameter from the original design and created my own shape after that. I didn't spend much time making super pretty, but it works very well. I used the Prusa 2.3 slicer, with hot end temps of 200, and bed at 60. Screw holes may need a bit of trimming after printing. I can't guarantee this will fit on anything but the Ender 3 Power supply
