Upright Piano Key Arm End Repair
thingiverse
Designed for a Conover upright player piano Made to fit on a 6.83mm x 10mm shaft that's drilled into the key arm of the piano. The broken key arm wood is cut at a 45 degree angle then the whole for the pin / shaft is drilled. I used gel super glue to ensure it doesn't move. I glued the shaft and where the wood connects to the 3d printed part. For the bolt on the end drill hole to desired size and screw, wood screw into place have level with other bolts that push sticklers. IMPORTANT Make sure that all sides top and bottom are straight when gluing in place, otherwise the piano key may not return to resting position properly then sanding of the bottom side will be required.
