To create a customized MendelMax 1.5, I increased extrusion lengths by 50%, resulting in a larger gap at the top vertex. To fix this issue, I designed an Upper Z mount with 50% wider end-to-end dimensions while maintaining original shape. Share your experience if you face the same problem. Use the provided printable Upper Z mount; red is original, blue is wider version. We also offer a 3D Studio max file for further assistance.
