I needed a longer spoolholder for filament from FoxSmart. So I designed this one. The shape is designed to minimize contact between the shaft and the inside of the spool. To reduce friction, I apply some white lithium grease to the top rib. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Up! Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Normal Infill: Max Notes: I printed it standing with the shaft horizontal to get maximum strength. I used a lot of support material to hold it up while printing, and it came out very strong.
