Upholstery Button Tufting Foam Hole Cutter

This is a set of hole cutting tools for cutting Ø1", Ø1-1/4" and Ø1-1/2" holes in cushion foam of up to 6-8" thickness to assist an upholsterer in making tufted cushions. It is used with a ball detent 3/8" socket adapter chucked in a drill. The STL files attached are adapters for use with the following tube sizes: 1" x .065" wt, 1-1/4" x .065" wt, 1-1/2" x .035" wt. Cut the tubes to 6" in length and bottom them out in the adapters with glue added. These were the tube wall thicknesses that were immediately available to me from Metal Supermarkets at the time of making these as a Christmas gift for my mom, but the zip file attached contains a .ipt file that is flexible to a wall thickness of your choosing in the user parameter browser. One could also add other diameters to the .ipt file if you would like to use it for other applications. Print with the 3/8 drive end on the build plate and adapter end facing upward. I printed in PLA on my standard Ender 3.
