The Zero (https://3dlabprint.com/shop/a6m2zero/) is amazing and very fun & easy to fly model! However, I felt like adding a few upgrades here & there to make it better meet my needs. This is a work-in-progress post, I'll keep adding new upgrades and/or versions as my upgrade set evolves.Battery Protector - PETGIt's purpose is to prevent battery from hitting the motor's shaft on collision. My first crash almost ended in a pierced battery that slid inside the plane on impact and hit motor's shaft. This element provides flat and wide area between the battery and the motor for the battery to hit against. Tested in two crashes and works really wellUse regular slicing, not the thin wall.Battery Holder - PLA/PETGI find the stock “opening” for velcro COMPLETELY unusable – despite numerous attempts I didn't manage to pull velcro through. Pausing print to put it in compromised strength of the fuselage. So this element you put instead of the default one that you need to cut away with a knife.Use regular slicing, not the thin wall.Servo Protector - LW-PLAThe Zero is a belly lander, and if the grass isn't high enough there's a chance a servo's arm will hit the ground on landing which can cause it snap (if you are lucky) or completely brake the servo and maybe even an aileron. So this element just protects it. From time to time you might need to replace it, so glue it in place by sticky tape, not CA glue.Important: Use 3DLabPrint’s thin wall slicing method to slice this part!
