Updates have been made to several components. The axle servo mount has been reinforced for added durability. A stronger battery tray has also been incorporated. Additionally, the ESC tray has been strengthened to better withstand stress. Furthermore, the rear cover has been upgraded with increased strength. Chassis rail modifications include fewer holes and a stronger design. Rear shock lower brackets have been relocated, allowing for the lower mounting hole to be moved upward and out of the way of the cap head. The SCX 10 mirror motor mount has been adapted to permit mirroring of the gearbox, effectively placing the motor on the opposite side and enabling the use of larger pinions.
