I designed my own HotEnd cover because I wanted a design that wouldn't blow hot air from the cooler to the part cooler. I also closed the bottom of the cover as much as possible to make printing ABS easier. The fan screws are M3 x 25 mm. The part cooler screws are M3 x 30 mm. Now I have made two versions of the HotEnd cover: In V2, you'll need to cut a M3 tip into each 2.5 mm hole. In V3, you can use M3 nuts instead. The nozzle is the same for both types. Have fun with it!
