Upgrade para MK8 con clon e3D

Edit 26/02/2020: Lowered the grip of the nozzle so it wouldn't bother the mk8 lever, since it was really tight. And I also narrowed down vertically the sliding parts of the nozzle. So it won't bother either. End of edit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This update will add a E3D clone, improve the layer fan by replacing it with a turbine and use all the components that come with the machine to avoid unnecessary expenses. The drilled cylinders are for the mk8 fan screws which are very long and hit the top, but you can improve them using the right size ones. The E3D is held in place by one of the long screws and an m3 screw with a hole for a nut in the middle. So if we need to remove the hotend for any reason, we don't have to disassemble the whole base where the spring of the tensioner rests. I extracted the layer fan from the NSTT model for the Argento hotend and took the E3D fan from the following link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:354723 I used version 2 which doesn't fit, but slides on top of the e3d without pressure. The only drawback is that it needs to be put in place first then the hotend into the extruder. And that's all. Maybe it's not the most aesthetic solution, I'm sure of it. But it makes it much easier to disassemble what you need and have a clear view of the extruder in case something fails.
