Upgrade of Heliox articulated lamp pivot

I present an upgrade of the pivot used on the articulated lamp presented and modeled by Heliox. Concerns of separation between the upper and lower part motivated me to realize this design. You'll need: 4x M5 nuts 1x self-locking nut M8 1x screw t cy 6p c M8 x 30 the two pieces at your disposal for printing (about 15 hours of printing time). Caution: the lower part must be interrupted after 9 mm of printing so that you can insert the 4 M5 nuts. Continue printing after inserting the 4 nuts into their seats. The nuts will be crimped directly. You will see two printed circles in the screw head housing. Remove them and your part is ready for use. When assembling, make sure that it is not tight.
