UPGRADE GHOST 6 - New attachment of the cable of the extruder wires

The popular Ghost 6 model from the printer manufacturer Flying Bear has one significant drawback. A cable made of wires in a corrugated pipe has too many bends and turns inside the extruder head. When working and actively moving in the plane of the working area, the wires bend in a short section between the exit from the head body and the entrance into the corrugated tube. The tube is not fixed rigidly and has some freedom of movement. This further enhances the kinks inside the wiring harness. In the harness, the wires are shrink-wrapped and have no freedom of movement. As a result, at external radii, they are simply torn under the braid. I found a simple solution that does not require reworking the device in the basic delivery and additional special spare parts that need to be bought in the store. To upgrade, you will need: a piece of plastic tightening tape from the packaging of large household appliances (ask your neighbors if you haven't bought anything for a long time) with a width of 10-11mm and a length of about 45-50 cm. A working 3D printer, three hours of time and about 15 grams of strong filament (PETG). Mounting methods can be seen in the photo. I wish you all good luck!
