If any suggestions, feel free to write. By the way, this 99$ scanner ended up to cost an additional 30$ + 38$ for shipping and broker/tx fees, just saying. Upgrade 1: New rotative bearing holder plate with direct drive to increase the angular position accuracy. Simply install the bearing in the new part and press fit the center hole in the motor shaft. There is a flat side in the plastic part center hole to match the motor shaft flat side... So align it. Tested and much, much better. No sensible transmission anymore. Upgrade 2: New laser holder to increase the angular adjustement. The original one is limited in displacement and causing issues to center the laser line on the rotative plate center. (probably caused by too short acrylic arms in the kit.) Reuse directly the CTScanner-_Laser_Core_1 to fit in this new part. Holes for screws are present, but everything fit nicely together and I didn't use any. Upgrade 3: To come soon... 3D Scanner top part to give a more finish product look.
