UPDATED(YET AGAIN!): Fallout 3 T-51b Power Armor
thingiverse
UPDATE: Ive got fresh files up for printing now, separated the gun parts too, and added .stl files as a favor. I'm back at trying to assemble this thing again - thanks a lot for the thumbs ups and support! Keep your fingers crossed for me! The Fallout 3 T-51b Power Assault Armor's coming along in the form of an action figure that I'm attempting to print out. As soon as it's complete, you'll be able to see the finished build here, so stay tuned - I'd love to see what other creators do with this project! You guys are pretty amazing and I can tell that a lot of thought has gone into bringing your own designs to life. I owe thanks for my materials to jasonwelsh's Open Source Action Figure with 70 Points of Articulation (aka Dexter) - I made use of his hand file in this build, chicuco helped out with the ball joint from one of his files, and uwcrutch kindly let me make use of his laser rifle. Don't even get me started on Bethesda Game Studios; they're the ones behind the Fallout franchise and that iconic armor design - not mine! I'm just doing my thing with some of the open source designs available out there. This figure was made using the trusty Makerbot Replicator 2.
