I do not own the original files. The original files are made by farmilo. This is just a bit of a spinoff since some folks were having issues with the "screw thread" part. You can increase the infill percentage. I just changed the "screw thread" to a softer connection like in one of those capsule surprise things you get for kids. Wait until the part cools down all the way before connecting the two parts. Then I made the inside of the top part softer as well. If it sticks a bit, just re-connect them a few times (3-ish) and it'll fit. I also suggest using a brim. And if you have bed adhesion problems, I use the painter's tape, but lay it horizontal on the bed. It won't stick to the tape if it's vertical. Sanding is required. Layer height in 0.2mm and 0.3mm came out just fine. Though I did have a seam on the back and a tiny hole on the top of the top half in 0.3, but that's mostly due to bed leveling and 0.3 is mostly meant for bigger prints. Both parts take roughly 35-45 minutes to print depending on settings. I will refine the model of the top half later on in another update. Also please dismiss my bad product photography. -
