To resolve this issue, I have employed a solution that involves drilling a 4mm hole through both the pin and its mount, allowing an M4 bolt to be inserted for added strength. If you are concerned about the structural integrity of this component, you can opt to print the reinforced .STL file, which incorporates a 4mm hole designed specifically for an M4 bolt. I created this showerhead extender model because my original showerhead was positioned too close to the wall. This part is printed with a high infill density to ensure maximum strength and has been carefully designed to eliminate the need for support material.
