I am constructing a Rostock 3D printer and seek smaller pulleys to attain higher definition. Smaller pulleys reduce speed but should enhance quality. Instructions I created this Carriage model based on Johann's (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21004/#instructions) original, yet added customizable features. You can download the SCAD file and tailor your own pulley size for different designs. I produced 3 STL files for GT2 pulleys with 16, 20, and 40 teeth.
